Doctors Assistant / Receptionist / Customer Service / Sales (No Education Required)

This office is one of the largest and fastest growing healthcare facilities in all of Omaha and we are in need of an exceptional person to join our team. You must possess excellent communication, sales knowledge, problem solving skills, and an overall obsession with helping other people.

This will be unlike any position you have ever experienced that will challenge your emotional intelligence, ability to multi-task, conflict resolution skills, and ability to work within a team for a common goal.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist member with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Transcribe and type medical office notes, documents, and correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and maintain documents in an organized manner
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Serve as a general office clerk, performing administrative tasks as needed
- Market the office in a public setting
- Review doctors recommendations
- Manage peoples' schedules
