Shottenkirk Davis Honda is now looking to hire a full-time Receptionist to join their dealership! Don’t miss out on this incredible job opportunity and apply online today! This position will support both our sales and service centers by answering phone, scheduling appointments, running reports and handling light paperwork, to name a few duties.

Receptionist:
- Courteously greet guests entering the showroom and direct to the correct destination
- Answer telephone, direct and screen calls, take and relay messages
- Respond to queries or requests from guests and the public
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
- Maintain appointment diary, either electronically or manually
- Receive and sort mail, email, and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
Receptionist:
- Experience preferred
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- An outgoing, enthusiastic personality
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
