Job Summary
The primary objective for the Receptionist is to help create a safe, orderly, and efficient working environment for all our employees at our Wenatchee office location. Being a very visible position to both employees and guests, it is imperative that this role presents a positive, professional, and courteous image at all times and embodies the "Goodfellow Way."
Essential Functions
- Greet employees, customers, and the public in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries and providing information/support as requested
- Present a professional appearance, attitude, and superior customer service (to both internal and external customers)
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Prepare all outgoing mail and courier packages and ensure timely pickup
- Order, receive and stock office and break room supplies, weekly or as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception area
- Kitchen area management - ensure all components are operational, kitchen is stocked and in clean order.
- Champion of Fun - Assist in planning and coordinating company and office events
- Coordinate and manage outside vendors who service our facility
- Be the point of contact to the building owners and represent GBI as an owner of the building
- Manage conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings

Skills and Experience
- High School graduate or GED required
- Two years minimum experience in an administrative role
- Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Hours and Benefits
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with a one-hour lunch break.
We offer employees (and their families) medical, dental, vision, disability, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, as well as profit sharing plan. New hires also accrue fifteen days of vacation leave annually, receive ten paid holidays, and nine days of sick leave throughout the calendar year.
This position will offer a salary range of $16.82-$25.24 per hour. Other compensation may include, but is not limited to, bonuses, and employer contributed profit-sharing, and wellness incentives.
