We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish) receptionist with excellent client service skills to join our team. This position requires your presence full-time in our downtown Chicago office. Candidates must be comfortable speaking Spanish with clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• At least two years experience in a high volume customer service role.
• Multi-tasker who enjoys juggling phone calls with other duties.
• High attention to detail.
• Contagious positive attitude.
• Comfortable directing Spanish speaking callers to proper person and able to translate if needed.
