We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Manage the office supply inventory
• Data Entry as needed for other department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00PM)
