We are searching for an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic and successful team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently while being a part of a small, diverse organization. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude is a must, as this individual will work closely with all of our staff members and be the first impression many visitors receive when they call or visit our company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone and greet callers with a courteous, "hello".
• Record information and messages given by telephone callers.
• Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other documents to appropriate employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
