Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

- Assist with order entry and inventory management

- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Maintain office supplies and ensure tidiness of common areas

Skills:

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred

- Familiarity with dental office operations is a bonus

Pay: $19.49 - $20.58 per hour
