FBM is currently seeking a welcoming and organized individual with a knack for multi-tasking to join the team in Santa Ana, CA as a Receptionist.
Receptionists are the directors of first impression and are capable of multi-tasking while successfully maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers. Essential Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or branch.
  • Notify team members of visitor arrivals and ensure they are promptly attended to.
  • Provide general information and assistance to guests, maintaining updated directories.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining sign-in sheets and phone lists.
  • Manage conference room calendars and guest security badges.
  • Handle inquiries and requests with tact and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate courier services and manage deliveries.
  • Assist with office supply management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Restock breakroom every morning.
  • Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation
  • Base: $20.00 - $23.00 per Hour
  • Bonus: 5% Target Bonus
  • Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $43,680 - $50,599 annually.
  • Equity: This role is not eligible for equity opportunities / awards.
