Receptionist

Schattdecor Inc. is the global market leader in the printed decorative paper industry. The paper is used as the decorative layer in the laminate surface of residential and commercial products. It is used in kitchen countertops, cabinets, closet systems and laminate flooring. Commercially it can be found on store fixtures and furniture used in the office, healthcare, hospitality and institutional markets.

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who should be extremely organized, friendly and can handle multi-tasking.

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome all visitors, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
• Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments;
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
• Organize and manage Catering services;
• Responsible for stocking and maintaining vending machine;
• Maintain a clean and organize reception and kitchen area;
• Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents;
• Coordinate and book travel accommodations for employees as needed;
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed;
• Other duties as assigned;

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous receptionist experience preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Professional attitude and appearance;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
