Receptionist

Friendly and welcoming front office receptionist needed for a fast-paced law firm servicing elderly clients, their caregivers, and families in the Jacksonville area. Outgoing individuals will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with administrative tasks. Berg Bryant is seeking a warm, cheerful individual to join our growing team - must be great at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and scan in documents and information brought to appointments
• Answer telephones, take detailed and accurate messages, confirm appointments, and forward messages to appropriate team members
• Scan, file, copy, and fax documents as requested by team members
• Enter client confidential data into attorney files as requested

Applicant Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Six months of multiple phone line experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
• Interest or experience in legal services

• 8:30-5:00
