```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience operating phone systems or working as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project coordination or proofreading is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is desirable for medical receptionist positions
- Proficiency in Google Suite or other computerized systems is required
