We are seeking a professional and customer-focused receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The receptionist will handle incoming calls, manage inquires, and provide administrative support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area and appearance, ensuring a positive first impression
- Handle and route incoming calls and foot traffic and correspondence effectively
- Mange and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Provide information and assistance to clients, guest, and staff as needed
- Maintain office security via a visitor log and monitoring access
- Assist in general administrative task, including data entry and filing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Ability to work extended hours (7:30am-5:30pm) during busy season
