McGill Law is on the lookout for an engaging and dynamic Receptionist to become an integral part of our team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you'll represent the ethos of McGill Law, setting the tone for the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere we're known for. Your responsibilities will be crucial in maintaining the seamless operations of our office, encompassing everything from fielding calls to welcoming guests and handling a variety of administrative duties.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Warm Welcomes: Be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, offering a warm, professional greeting that reflects the high standards of McGill Law.
• Efficient Call Management: Handle incoming calls with promptness and politeness, ensuring callers are directed to the right person or provided with accurate, helpful information about our services.
• Scheduling Mastery: Utilize our calendar system to manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings across our three offices, coordinating with our legal team and staff to foster flawless communication and organization.
• Administrative Excellence: Support our office operations by preparing client files, managing documents, overseeing mail and fax communications, and maintaining supplies and office spaces.
