We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing emails. Ex/ records requests, prescription approvals, pet insurance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- familiarity with Avimark.
