The Job

Are you a great communicator, seeking a full time job in a law firm on Long Island? Our busy Port Washington firm is seeking a candidate to join our reception team who is:

• well organized & detail oriented
• a motivated team player
• a skilled communicator with excellent phone manners
• available for 11:00am -7:00pm shift

We are seeking candidates who can ensure that our high standards are shown in every interaction. Responsibilities may include:

• answering phones
• assisting with mail related administrative tasks
• welcoming guests and coordinating office visits

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
