We are currently seeking an energetic, supportive, and warm front receptionist to join our MIS family. Here you won't just be answering phones, you'll be guiding and supporting clients as they get scheduled with some of the best professionals in South Florida and as they move towards their best lives.

Here you won't just be answering phones, you'll be guiding and supporting clients as they get scheduled with some of the best professionals in South Florida and as they move towards their best lives.
In this fast paced environments, the receptionist will completing the following tasks:
- Answering phone calls - Scheduling new clients.
- Answering phone calls - Scheduling existing clients.
- Electronically sending and checking paperwork prior to appointment.
- Transferring clients to new therapists when necessary.
- Organizing Electronic paperwork in clients files.
- Warm greeting to staff and clients.
- Minimal office maintenance.

Monterroso Integrative Services, INC is a private practice in the heart of South Florida. Our company provides a variety of services which include:
- In-Home ABA Therapy.
- Individual Therapy.
- Couples/Marriage Counseling.
- Testing (Psycho-Educationals, Neuro-Psychological Evaluations).
- Psychiatry.
- Collaborative Yoga.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to speak English and Spanish - Fluently.
- Applicants must be reliable, have initiative, and be able to work with others in the group effectively, while we support one another.
- Applicants must be able to do minimal office maintenance (removal of trashes, light vacuum)
- Applicants must be able to work 9-6pm (M-F) at our Pembroke Pines location (1 hour break)
