```Duties```
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Assist the dentist during procedures and surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in using dental software systems, such as Eaglesoft, for patient record management and appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic technique to ensure patient safety
- Ability to assess patients' oral health conditions, identify abnormalities, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Familiarity with dental assisting duties to provide support to the dentist during procedures
- Basic knowledge of anatomy to understand the structure and function of the oral cavity
- Experience in taking vital signs and recording patient medical history
