Job Description Summary

Cross functional position with emphasis on high level customer service in a large corporate environment for a global client. Communication, troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and ability to adapt to change are essential.
Position will require frequent interaction and collaboration with account personnel.

Job Description

• $15hr
• Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm)
• Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment "Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to Observation Process and all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist the client and tenants in a variety of administrative matters.
• Perform and maintain records, logs, checklists, reports, forms, memos, and other materials.
• Complete, gather, process and file documents relating to site contract requirements.
• Maintain all personnel and company files in an updated and orderly manner.
• Perform work that is confidential in nature such as employment applications, new hires, wages, terminations, performance evaluations, etc.
• Create spreadsheets including formulas, links, using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist staff and clients with questions relating to tenant space.
• Utilizing the computer, type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
• Maintain adherence to the published work schedule.
• Communicate with employees and customer to effectively accomplish assigned tasks.
• Work without direct supervision on daily assigned work.
• Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer.
