A boutique Plaintiff's personal injury law firm located in downtown Charleston is looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals looking to advance their career in the legal field. We are client-focused and looking for team members that thrive in a client-first environment.
Compensation:$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:Our front desk/receptionist position is a full-time, in-person position. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Processing and scanning mail
- Data input, record-keeping, and filing
- Administrative tasks as needed to assist the team
- Administrative experience
- Basic computer skills (determined by an assessment)
- Customer database experience
- Customer service experience
- US work authorization
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word, and PDF files.
