Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to clients
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
