Job Description
Operates a switchboard/telephone console to route incoming calls. Greets, identifies and directs visitors. Prepares incoming mail for distribution, including packages.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of the principals of banking operations helpful
- Must possess excellent telephone communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Word processing skills necessary (Microsoft Word background helpful)
- Present professional image
- Skillful at establishing priorities
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Direct clients requesting information to correct person or department
- Greet visitors, customers, and job applicants
- Process/distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Review internal reports daily for accounts and debit card changes
- In addition, any request deemed necessary by the Vice President / Lobby Manager to assist with her department
Salary: $32k - $36k
This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch
