Our Spa Coordinators serve as the receptionist responsible for answering calls, greeting/seating clients, taking payments, and rescheduling appointments. The spa coordinator aligns with the values of our company and is passionate, innovative, inclusive, and connected.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide information to clients about available spa services and memberships.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's spa experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and appointments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
