Receptionist

Shadow Ridge Country Club is looking for a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for Members and guests in an upscale Club environment. The hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Position: Ideal candidates will be outgoing, positive, courteous, and professional while serving Members and guests. As the face of the organization, this position must represent the professional standards and practices of Shadow Ridge Country Club at all times.

This position will:

• Greet Members, guests, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and refer them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist in answering general Member inquiries.
• Open and distribute mail.
• Take Member lunch and dinner reservations as well as reservations for Club special events.
• Arrange floral centerpieces for the restaurant once a week.
• Assist with annual member events.
• Manage office supply orders.
• Act as a liaison between IT and employees.
• Maintain staff calendars.
• Assist with any other administrative duties, as assigned.
