Receiving Clerk/Coordinator (SLC)

- Check in truck drivers and assign appropriate loading door.
- Check loaded pick ticket for accuracy.
- Post off pick ticket in SAP to create BOL
- Write up BOL and update daily ship report excel spreadsheet.
- Maintain finished goods inventory balance.
- Conduct end of day PSR balancing.
- Support goods actual cycle counts.
- Process incoming receiving. (UPS, Fed Ex etc.).
- Understand and enforce the rulings and procedures of the DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other
- Instructing new teammates in receiving, handling, sorting and shipping hazardous materials
regulations and procedures with each teammate and maintain the standard as established by
the CFR.
- Instruct new teammates in their duties, methods, and procedures in maintaining an efficient
- Keeps shipping supervisor apprised of teammates ability's
- Monitor practices to assure safe working conditions and good housekeeping procedures.
- Overseas Teammates 5S, safe working conditions & monthly safety checklist
- Maintain forklift driver's qualification and operate forklift when needed.
- Work with Management on special assignments.
- Backup for the Warehouse Supervisor.
- High school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must have a strong safety record
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to drive a forklift
- Able to walk, stand or sit for long periods of time
