Compensation:$58,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- "Make Friends and Solve Problems"
- Quickly respond to incoming leads and set appointments with landlords and property owners
- Work with owners and support team to onboard new owners and properties
- Market properties for lease
- Maintain relationships with owners throughout the lease until the sale of the property
- Some weekend and evening hours required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
