Property Maintenance Director
Reports to EVP of Property Management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience in property maintenance is required; must have good knowledge of property management including a broad understanding skills needed to maintain a property, such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, landscaping, and custodial work; computer literacy is required; must have good oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage property maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
