Responsibilities
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Help clients through the home-buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Show good time management skills and organizational
• Self-motivation and drive
• Familiarity with the area Real Estate market and current Real Estate trends
• Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious
• Positive team player
• Able to calmly navigate obstacles
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
