Responsibilities:- Coach and teach contracts
- Coaching appointments
- Help recruit new agents to the office
- Weekly accountability with agents
- Weekly coaches meeting
- One-on-one coaching appointments
- Help negotiate contracts
- Actively sells
- Ability to teach sales script mastery
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real Estate Sales experience
- 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS
