$100,000 yearly

• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly

• Go on 5 listing previews per week
• Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and laws
• Lead-generating client-facing services
• Cultivating new relationships
• Provide marketing data to buyers coming from referral network
• Present and discuss a strategic master marketing plan

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Possesses a Real Estate license
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• One year of work experience in Real Estate
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

• Experience working with sellers
