Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Capital Market Sales/Advisor. As a key member of our lending team, you will play a crucial role in business development, engaging with clients in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and manage loans in the Commercial Real Estate and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute Commercial Real Estate Capital Market transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to meet client objectives.

2. Provide strategic and consultative advice to clients regarding their Commercial Real Estate portfolios, investment strategies, and Capital Market trends.

3. Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to structure complex Real Estate transactions, ensuring alignment with client goals and market conditions.

6. Oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, property valuation, and risk assessments, to support decision-making.

7. Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms in transactions, including pricing, financing, and contractual agreements.

8. Develop and utilize sophisticated financial models for investment analysis, including cash flow projections, valuation, and sensitivity analyses.

9. Work with clients to optimize their Real Estate portfolios, identifying opportunities for diversification and increased returns.

10. Provide insights on market positioning, pricing strategies, and asset repositioning to enhance the value of clients' Real Estate assets.

11. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in Commercial Real Estate Capital Market sales and advisory roles.

3. Strong understanding of Capital Markets, financial analysis, and Real Estate investment strategies.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions from inception to completion.

6. In-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate market trends, property types, and investment vehicles.

7. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
