The agent's primary responsibility will be to facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. You will be provided high-quality leads, with an abundance accessible through a strong work ethic and performance.
The team lead, a top-producing agent and multifamily client has developed a niche and unique expertise that novice and successful Real Estate agents can learn from. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the team lead to learn the cultivated lucrative client-focused niche and unique skillset. This specialization, which remains valuable regardless of market shifts, offers the potential for repeat business and amplified success with returning clients. The sky is the limit.
Our team is in the early stages of growth, with more leads than we can manage, making this the ideal time for motivated agents to leverage the added value to elevate their Real Estate careers to the next level. We will provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and coaching, along with daily team support and administrative help from our transaction coordinator, marketing lead and agents. You will also have access to our team's trusted network of specialists (inspectors, lawyers, lenders, contractors, etc.), on top of Compass' resources, cutting-edge technology, inclusive culture, and a $1 billion platform.
Compensation:$40,00.00 - $500,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Help the team lead manage the influx of leads; Nurture and convert leads into clients, offering consultation, advice, and guidance throughout the Real Estate Sales process
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or Real Estate experience preferred
- Show a track record of Real Estate success
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sufficient knowledge of the local Real Estate market and recent trends in the industry
- A Real Estate license or pursuing one is required
- Client-focused agent with a track record offers a significant advantage
- Full-time Real Estate availability is preferred, but we are open to part-time agents who aspire to work full-time
