We are seeking a Front Desk Lifestyle Consultant who is interested in growing with our Massage Heights - Sea Girt Team.
The position requires Membership Sales experience, significant customer service skills and the ability to multitask. In addition, Front Desk Lifestyle Consultants are responsible for managing the Front Desk daily, including greeting customers and checking in guests.
Responsibilities:
- Sell wellness memberships to Guests.
- Schedule Guest appointments.
- Check Guests in / out via Tablet.
- Handle all customer enquiries and complaints.
- Make service and product recommendations to guests.
- Be knowledgeable of all services, events and activities.
- Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
