Who You Are:
The Real Estate Project Managerwill be responsible for managing various complex projects at a time for the Real Estate and Hospitality team. Projects may be for multiple worksites and range in size, scope and budget. This individual would work closely with the Real Estate Coordinator and may be the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal teams and as such, is responsible for promoting quality services and continuing positive relations. The individual may also oversee the management of construction and subcontracting, reviewing major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions as well as field construction oversight during project implementation.

What You'll Do:
- Manage projects for the Real Estate & Hospitality team from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and services
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary to meet goals and deadlines and adapt quickly to ever changing needs
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Work independently with limited supervision while being able to adapt varying communication styles as needed
- Attend meetings (onsite or virtually) that involve the Real Estate and/or Hospitality team and work with the Real Estate Coordinator to provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed and clear meeting notes, and identifying action items
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to delegate tasks, give or receive project updates and move projects toward the finish line
- Persistent follow up with team as needed to ensure tasks are completed
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
- Lead project debriefs to discuss project outcomes and learnings as the basis for future planning
- Conduct research on external vendors, request and review pricing, quotes, etc. with extreme attention to detail
- Run errands required for projects to assist team as needed
- Utilize our internal Project Management, Knowledge Management, and File Management processes to execute projects and tasks from inception to completion
- Learn new platforms and assist with creating, implementing and maintaining training materials, best practices, and SOPs for the team to ensure adherence to internal standards
- Communicate effectively within the organization and external partners while maintaining clear documentation of projects and needs
- Remain highly flexible and adaptable, demonstrating ability to pivot quickly while keeping priorities in front of mind based on size, scope and timeline of projects
- Perform regular audits on projects and platforms to ensure deliverables are progressing, blockers are being routinely removed, procedures are being followed, and platforms are being maintained
- Collaborate on cross functional projects and special projects and additional duties as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management for property management, facilities maintenance, construction, or comparable industry
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
- A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company
- Superior budget management and cost control
- Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction and hospitality disciplines
- Medium to large project experience is required
- Your own transportation to navigate between various worksites is required
- Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Exemplary prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Stellar professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow through on deliverables
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to problem solve and pivot quickly
- Comfortable moving heavy objects
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer
