The RDM Retail Real Estate Services Team, is responsible for the operation of the Retail Real Estates Central Fleet Management & PMO functions implementing strategically significant plans & objectives worldwide. We are looking for a passionate Real Estate Projects and Program Manager who thrives in an environment of complexity and is amazing at connecting strategy to implementation and execution. As a Projects and Program Manager you will play a key role in driving planning and tracking complex and significant initiatives in support of Retail Real Estate strategy. You will lead the Real Estate PMO functions innovation across Apple Retail Real Estate including the development of cross functional work streams and processes. You will be trusted partner to the Senior Leadership and cross function partners. This role will report into the WW Director of Real Estate Services.
Key Qualifications
- 6+ years proven project management experience in a fast paced dynamic global environment.
- A dynamic self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with passion for retail excellence.
- Expert knowledge of program and project management, with proficiency in tools (e.g. frameworks, change management, dependency management, risk management).
- An extraordinary influencer who can connect the dots at the macro/micro levels.
- Demonstrable success in managing multiple projects, priorities & people concurrently across many regions.
- Skilled at crafting and leading strategic-planning with a strong understanding of compliance needs & implementation.
- Strong problem-solver that can drive efficiencies through partnership across and through the retail Real Estate organization.
- Diplomatic style involving negotiating, representing wide interests, and leading/resolving potential issues, deployment of clear decision making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including extensive experience addressing every level of a large organization.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

Description
Responsible to lead planning and implementation of a large number of complex, and cross-functional Real Estate initiatives and business solutions. As an expert in Retail Real Estate, you'll successfully implement worldwide strategies and activate cross-functional partners through engagement when launching new processes, tools and work streams. - Inspire the team to implement global initiatives whilst embracing new business intelligence tools and efficient processes. This includes implementing standardized processes to meet compliance and management needs (e.g. for efficient implementation of Real Estate decisions and strategic objectives). - Create and maintain positive relationships for key partner teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and initiatives; influencing through your deep understanding of Apple Real Estate business and practices. - Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
Education & Experience
Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in relevant field (MBA a plus), or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements
Experience in Retail Real Estate and Development is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $250,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
