Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 1st Year, Based on Metrics per year
Responsibilities
• Lead generation: Qualifying leads for the sales team through various marketing strategies such as calling, texting and emailing. This IS A CALLING POSITION
• Qualifying leads: Evaluating potential clients to determine their level of interest, motivation, and ability to purchase or sell a property
• Lead nurturing: Maintaining regular contact with leads to build relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward with a purchase or sale
• Data management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in a CRM system and other sales-related software
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Hunt, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, texts and video to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified Real Estate leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Qualifications
• Valid Real estate license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and providing excellent customer service
• A background in customer service can be helpful for managing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience for clients
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in Real Estate or a related field, can be beneficial for understanding the sales process and effectively supporting the sales team
• Familiarity with various marketing strategies and tools can be helpful for generating leads and qualifying potential clients
• Strong attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate client information in our CRM, along with other systems
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities is essential for success in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proficiency in various software programs, such as our CRM systems, Microsoft Office and email is required for managing client information, generating reports, and communicating with clients and colleagues
