As a Disposition Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, managing property rehab, sales and fostering relationships with investors to maximize revenue for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property rehabilitation projects and manage associated budgets.
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work outlining project requirements and objectives.
- Calculate accurate repair estimates to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Procure materials by overseeing the purchasing process, including price negotiation and vendor selection.
- Manage the hiring process for subcontractors, ensuring they meet project needs and standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the project to maintain adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with contractors and investor buyers to drive results and revenue.
- Market properties using established procedures tailored to our local market in Wisconsin.
- Monitor listed properties and oversee their status throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate successful property acquisitions.
- Utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue.
- Maintain detailed records in our company CRM system on a daily basis.
- Build and manage an investor buyer list.
- List properties and negotiate with potential buyers.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Real Estate Disposition is highly encouraged.
- Construction Experience is highly encouraged
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone etiquette.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary plus commission structure, offering a base salary of $36,000 per year with the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually.
