Position Summary
The Analyst will play a key role in producing various reports and conducting financial analysis on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position requires excellent Excel skills, a strong aptitude for data analysis, and the ability to provide critical insights that support informed decision-making within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Real Estate Development Analyst will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing). Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Develop and maintain a range of reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to portfolio companies.
· Perform financial analysis to support the COO in evaluating the financial performance of our portfolio of properties, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance explanations, analyzing property spend, performance against benchmarks and forecasting.
· Analyze historical data to track Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
· Provide actionable insights based on trend analysis to optimize property management practices.
· Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
· Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and data-driven research projects as requested by the COO.
· Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably in property management or Real Estate.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
