Experience
Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales---this is not the job for you.
- You know your strengths are in supporting others and have 2 or more years of experience supporting a Real Estate agent, team, or office in a similar capacity. We are also open to those who have supported another entrepreneur and enjoy wearing multiple hats or have worked as an assistant to a top-producing loan officer.
- An active FL Real Estate license is preferred but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain your FL Real Estate license shortly after hire to support your agent, not sell Real Estate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing phone and email correspondence, organizing their calendar, client care, managing the sales process, and project management. You will also prepare your team for initial buyer and seller consultations.

You will also assist in onboarding as new agents are added to the team.
Manage Deal Flow: You will project-manage all transactions from Listing Appointment to Close. This includes preparing your agent for listing appointments, overseeing the pre-listing prep and marketing process, scheduling showings, helping your team prepare for open houses, providing seller feedback, and managing all paperwork. In addition, you coordinate with the transaction manager and keep all parties informed during the contract-to-close process. You will be visiting properties from time to time to meet with various vendors or drop off supplies and collateral.
Marketing Support: You will coordinate marketing materials for the agent, including marketing listings and managing the marketing calendar. You will work with staging companies and photographers, and manage the listing marketing checklist.
Client Care: You’ll serve as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers and guide them through the closing of the transaction. By doing the heavy lifting for them, you’ll put their minds at ease and help earn the team their referrals and 5-star reviews.
