-Must be tech savvy - you love gmail and google drive. You easily pick up how to use new websites & platforms
-Organized, organized, organized! - you love writing in your planner, everything is on your calendar, and you never miss a beat!
-Task management - you come in to work, you know what needs done, and you do it. You can decide which tasks need to be prioritized. (if you don't like or need to be Micro Managed, Fantastic!!)

Quick Job Description:
- Handling paperwork associated with each transaction
- Communicating with vendors, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other Realtors
- Scheduling closings, photography sessions, inspections, repairs etc.
- Keeping up with files from the beginning to closing
- Putting out lock boxes, yard signs, and picking up checks
*You are handling several under contract buyers, several listings, and several clients looking for homes all at once. *
