Requirements

1. Valid Real Estate license in Florida.

2. A need to succeed as a Real Estate Agent with a entrepreneurial mindset.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients' best interests.

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

6. Proficient in using Real Estate software and online platforms for property listings and client management.

7. Familiarity with local Real Estate market trends, neighborhoods, and amenities.

8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

10. Ability to start and run your own Real Estate Company.
