We're seeking dedicated agents who are serious about expanding their business through targeted prospecting. This presents a genuine "plug-and-play" opportunity for a Real Estate Agent keen on expanding their business through the provided FSBO and Expired Listing leads. The key lies in applying a well-established, proven game plan to their approach.

The ideal candidate for this position is characterized by coachability, consistency, and accountability in goal achievement. An openness to regular guidance and the ability to take decisive action based on advice are crucial. Effective communication skills, particularly over the phone, are a must. The successful candidate embraces opportunities for role-playing to hone conversation skills and actively engages in relevant one-on-one coaching and guidance.
