We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license in the state of [Location]
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of local Real Estate market trends and property values
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Proven sales experience or ability to effectively sell properties
- Familiarity with Real Estate administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and documents
- Understanding of fair housing regulations and Real Estate law
