Good Nite Inn is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations and procedures a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
