Responsibilities:

• Routinely hitting weekly CRM performance metrics
• Successful completion of our training regimen
• Assist clients in buying properties
• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Full time only

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate license in the state of Florida
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of administrative tasks related to Real Estate transactions
• Regular attendance on Zoom for phone time, meetings, and training

Compensation:

• 50/50 split for company-generated buying opportunities
• 90/10 split for self-generated business
