Responsibilities:
- Routinely hitting weekly CRM performance metrics
- Successful completion of our training regimen
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of administrative tasks related to Real Estate transactions
- Regular attendance on Zoom for phone time, meetings, and training
Compensation:
- 50/50 split for company-generated buying opportunities
- 90/10 split for self-generated business

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
