Responsibilities:

• Strive to complete 30 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
• Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales
• Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction
• Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers for continual increase in your sales
• Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career.

Qualifications:

• Be a strong communicator
• Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
• Knowledgeable in the local Real Estate market and general trends
• Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $62,786.27 - $105,613.57 per year
