Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Real Estate agents and brokers
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with drafting and editing documents, including contracts and agreements
- Conduct research and compile data for market analysis reports
- Coordinate and organize events, such as open houses and client appreciation events
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Transcribe meeting notes and maintain organized files and records
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
