Duties:
- Responsible for scheduling appointments for service technicians and sales staff, and coordinating dispatch as needed using CRM software.
- Accountable for maintaining, communicating, and setting the schedule for waterproofing estimates and sewer drain work.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Communicates directly with Production, Sales, and Services departments about upcoming schedule and customer communication.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management software by entering, updating, and maintaining customer accounts and ensure accurate information as well as communicate appropriate information with internal departments.
- Serve as backup to Office Manager, answering phones and performing other office related duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Experience and knowledge in the construction industry is preferred, but not required.
Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
