The customer service / admin is responsible for providing excellent service to internal and external customers while performing data entry with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Professionally answer telephone and dispatch calls via switchboard/console.
2. Maintain employee directories.
3. Greet and direct customers, vendors, and visitors.
4. Enter daily timecards into ERP (Sage).
a. Print weekly timecard reports for payroll accountant.
5. Enter customer orders into software for new projects.
a. Create job jackets for new projects and distribute them to managers.
b. Update customer orders with any status updates and changes.
6. Maintain accurate customer records in Microsoft SharePoint.
7. Distribute incoming mail and other communications.
8. Backup for ordering office supplies.
9. Assist other departments with filing, data entry and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED; Associates Degree a plus.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
5. Excellent problem solving skills and judgement.
6. Good mathematical ability, some Accounting experience preferred but not required.
7. Computer keyboarding skills, friendly and outgoing personality, organizational skills, and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $36,468.76 - $43,919.37 per year
