Cash Home Investors is a Real Estate investment company looking to hire 3 motivated and talented Real Estate Acquisitions Managers to add to the growing team. These specialist will work directly with property owners and homeowners to acquire their properties for wholesale assignment opportunties, to fix and flip, or to list on the open market. This is a full-time role and the tea needs somoene committed to working 40-50 hours a week to be successful in this amazing career opportunity. This is a hunter role, meaning you will need to call, text, email, message, and communicate with a large amount of motivated sellers each month to be successful. We provide the leads, systems, tools, CRM, dialers, etc you your time, energy and effort and together greatness will be achieved.

This ambitious Home Buyer's role will be to identify, assess, and acquire residential Real Estate properties for the company to sell, redevelop, assign, rehab, or rent out. The Acquisitions Leads Manager will be responsible for:

• Speaking to high number of motivated sellers
• Inputing notes, follow ups, and tasks into our CRM for tracking and KPi's
• Managing, nurturing, and converting Real Estate leads into purchases
• Preparing and getting contacts signed
• Execute the acquisitions due diligence process from contract to close
• Setting up and running in home sales appointments- if in local markets and can close
• Structuring offers
• Closing Real Estate transactions
• Must have a passion to want to succeed and can follow the system

• Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
